What's on and where? Show cancelled
Come rain or shine, but not COVID19!, there is a full day of classic Country Show activity on the Slaley Show Field. Marquees are full of exhibits, bars and food vendors and there are Trade and Craft stands offering a range of local products.
Outside, ponies are shown, horses jump in competition and the sheep are judged. In the Main Ring, Cumberland & Westmorland Wrestlers display their skills and all day long there are Quoits, a Magician, the ever fascinating Ferret Racing and much, much more. Listen to Stanhope Silver Band and watch the Tyne Valley Classic Motorcycle Club Parade, cheer on the Terriers racing and visit the Alpacas and Animals about Town petting farm.
With easy parking, plenty of places to sit and relax, delicious food and drink and lots to see and do, Slaley Show provides a traditional village country show at its best.
